Return & Exchange Policy

Our standard return policy makes sure that all items in new or as-delivered condition can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping fees or free returns will be shown on the item's details page. 

After your return is processed, you’ll find your refund in about a week. The refund amount should be for the full value of the items returned, but will not include shipping fees.

Who Bear Return & Exchange Shipping Fees?

A.Personal Reason: Dislike/Unsuitable for Return
   Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option because we will not be responsible for lost returns.

B.Quality Problem: Wrong/Damaged Products for Return
   Buyers don't need to bear the return shipping costs. Please send us an email with your order number details, also the problem pictures. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions. Our email address is [email protected].

Return Item Condition

When you request a return, the amount you’re refunded differs based on the item you bought and the condition of the returned item.

When the package with your return arrives at our return center, it may take up to 3 additional business days to process. You can email us at [email protected] to check the status of your refund.

Keep in mind the following when you request a return:

1.Items must be returned within the return period (within 15 days of delivery).
2.For certain products, refunds can be issued without a return. Make sure to add only the items listed on your packing slip when you return your order.
3.If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, return the products in the exact condition they were received.

Important: If your item isn't returned in the exact condition it was received, you may receive a partial refund. This includes items missing nonessential parts or tags, or other signs of use. 
A.Items should be unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received.
B.Return all original product packaging, including boxes, UPCs, bags, or any items used to wrap and protect the item.
C.Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials in the state that they were originally included.

1. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 7 business days from receiving your return.
2. Once your refund is approved, your PayPal account or credit card will receive a refund from us (Within 7 Working days).
3. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your PayPal or bank. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
